Deputy Chair: Kirsti Wilson

Kirsti is a senior marketing, communications and fundraising professional with more than 25 years’ experience across the public, private and charity sectors. She specialises in strategic communications, partnership development and creating positive social impact through collaboration. Her career has included leadership roles in higher education and the voluntary sector, including serving as Managing Director of Connect Reading, where she developed cross-sector partnerships and secured significant support for local charities. Kirsti currently serves as Head of Marketing and Fundraising at Launchpad, Reading’s homelessness prevention charity, bringing expertise in communications, income generation, stakeholder engagement and relationship building. A passionate advocate for creativity and community, she combines professional insight with a longstanding love of performance and the arts.
