Bombs thunder overhead.
Smoke rises across the town as terrified civilians descend beneath the Hilton Hotel into a secret wartime shelter, hidden beneath the city streets.
On Friday 20th November 2026, you are invited to step directly into the heart of wartime Britain as we welcome you to The RABBLE Dazzle 1943.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll become part of the story.
Inside the shelter, wounded soldiers stumble through the chaos, glamorous wartime singers keep spirits alive, suspicious strangers whisper in dark corners, and somewhere amongst the guests… not all is as it seems.
Meanwhile, trapped beneath Reading Abbey ruins, a group of local children are fast running out of time.
The mission is clear: Save RABBLE’s children before the floodwaters rise.
As secrets unfold and danger closes in, guests will be swept into an unforgettable evening of immersive theatre, live wartime music, comedy, mystery and extraordinary fundraising all while enjoying a luxurious period-inspired dining experience at the Hilton Hotel, Reading.
