Trustee: Amy Belson

Amy became Chief Executive of Culture Trust Luton in June 2026. Previously, she was Executive Director of the Lyric Hammersmith Theatre, a position she held since 2021, having joined the organisation in 2018.

She is a senior cultural leader with extensive experience across the UK theatre and arts sector. Amy has previously worked at the Royal Shakespeare Company, Soho Theatre and Bristol Old Vic. Her work focuses on inclusive participation, civic engagement, and the long-term sustainability of cultural organisations. Having recently secured ACE Place Partnership funding in her capacity as Hammersmith & Fulham Cultural Compact and Chair of the Creative Pathways Partnership, she works closely with artists, communities, and partners in supporting strategic place based intervention projects. She was named in this year's The Stage 100 and jointly won the West London Women in Business Award 2025.
